Career Transitions - Second Chances - Midlife Crisis - Balance of Life and Mission

My new interview was published. So excited!

Mid-life transformations and spiritual awakening.

What is your 14-year old self has got to do with your mid-life crisis.

Side effects of PTSD.

What is takes to have it all

Vulnerability of being POWERFUL

Self worth and success connection.

When do you know when is the time to start again?

Life AFTER success.

Transitioning into a new career, industry, purpose.

Don't build on the ruins... Build upon your life lessons.

Identity crisis.

Shift your self image. You survived your past. I got to do so much. What had I become.

I bring all of myself to the table, when I start again.

My personal transition during pandemic.

Create your own virtual reality - a brand, online business, healing, transformation time. Give unconditionally to communities, deepen, develop your work.

Don't be alone. Make effort to connect with people. Have a healthy balance of protecting your energy and giving generously.

How to find 'me time'.

Organize your space - home office.

What drains us is not the work, if you are paid for it, but distractions, interruptions, inability to focus.

Have a business model that protects you from exhaustion.

Aquarian business model - give unconditionally to the masses and work with exclusive clients behind the scenes.

My dilemma with being of service to humanity and having my own family. Workaholic tendencies and healing. Your environment - closest people, your family and friends will determine whether you are going to be happy in your daily life.

Pick the right partner from the start. Show up authentically as soon as possible when you are dating. Let your potential spouse see who you truly are, what are your ambitions, passions, goals in life.

Happiness, passion for what you do, fulfillment in work and career. It is a luxury to do what you love. I am so lucky that my talents match what I do. Be ready for what success really takes.

Stop romanticizing success, art, missionary work. Take pressure off your self. You can burn out, get bored even with the job you love. Be ready to bare the messiness of creating your life, your dream, your work. Process can be very dramatic. Have faith in yourself. Have a positive outlook even through ups and downs.

Become strategic about how you work. Understand the dynamic of running a business, climbing the corporate ladder, having a family.

Have good role models. Learn. Research. Heal the fear that is attached to success you want. Then you will stop sabotaging your success.

Now, you have a permission to live out your passion and share it with others. When you have somebody to receive your work and benefit from your passion, you will make more effort to continue on your path.
